Payment: Made for the entire term before the first lesson by cheque or online
transfer. Once payment has been made, refunds will not be issued in the event of a
client not being able to fulfill their commitment to an entire term’s lessons. A ‘no
pay, no play’ policy is applicable. Unlimited Sports’ coaches will not be able to
commit to lessons until payment has been made. Unlimited Sports will unfortunately
be unable to offer any cash reimbursement for lessons that have been cancelled on
time. These lessons must be made up the following term.

Court booking: Clients are advised that it is their sole responsibility to book the facility at private compounds and public courts. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being charged in full. 

Wet weather policy: Unlimited Sports will reimburse the first lesson cancelled due to bad weather. Subsequent cancellations due to bad weather will be charged in full.

Public holidays: (UAE official national holidays) Should a lesson fall on a public holiday, students have the option of ‘opting out’ of the lessons at no charge. A notice period of 48 hours must be given in all cases. 

Waiting list: New clients wishing to partake in an Unlimited Sports program may be placed on a waiting list. Due to the high demand for our lessons, we cannot guarantee placement. We will endeavor to provide perspective clients a place in our program at the first available opportunity.

Photography: Unlimited Sports may use an official company photographer at lessons, tournaments and events. Appropriate images from the aforementioned may be used for promotional campaigns, our website and on social media platforms. 

Disclaimer: I understand that I have full responsibility for the health of myself/my child/children. Save to the extent that such matter arises out of the negligence of, or misconduct of, Unlimited Sports, associated sponsors and the applicable venue, I will not hold Unlimited Sports responsible for any loss damage or injury to the participant or his/her belongings or claim for any injury or impairment the participant may incur during the duration of the activity. I consent to allow contact should any physical support or first aid be required during the lessons. Assistance may also be provided by our qualified staff. All staff will wear masks throughout all lessons and will wear gloves to carry out any first aid. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and understand the risk of
becoming exposed to, or infected by, COVID-19 at the sports facility. On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the facility management company and their employees, agents, and representatives, of all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in Unlimited Sports related activities. Unlimited Sports reserves the right to make any changes to the program for reasons beyond our control. I agree to the adhere to all above guidance in accordance with government regulations regarding the safe return to activities and all instructions which are issued by the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai, the Department of Economic Development, Dubai Sports Council and relevant authorities, shall be observed and strictly followed.
